Gathering information

Gathering information from different directions that can help solve the problem, including: social (values, laws, rules and regulations); scientific (scientific theories and laws, and existing materials); historical and technological (similar products that already exist).

We collect information from different sources: Books, encyclopedias, surveys, interviews, experts, stores, movies, newspapers, databases, the Internet, etc... Then we organize the information so that we can use it easily while we are working on the solution.

After gathering and organizing the information, we return to our list of requirements and see if they need to be changed accordingly.

At this point information gathering and organization is done according to the needs and requirements of the problem.
